1. In a web browser navigate to the ITSolutionsNow account management website: https://client.exchangemailhosting.com/

2. Login using the account management credentials created during account sign up.
Please note these credentials are not the same used to access email, and are unique to the client space. To request credentials either click the, "Forgot Password," link or email support@itsolutionsnow.com with the account holder name, domain name, and last four digits of the billing credit card.

3. After a successful login, the browser will redirect to the account home page. Then, from the left of the home page click on, My Products and Services.

4. The domains belonging to the account will be displayed on the center of the screen. Click the, View Details, button associated with the domain that will have its services modified.

5. The active services page will display the purchased services for the account and present options to upgrade and add-on to existing service. Scroll down to the Account Addons section and then click the Click to view available addons link.

6. Locate the Outlook Client License under Product Addons, and click the Order Now button.

7. Review the shopping cart to ensure the Outlook Client License has been selected, then proceed to the Payment Method section. The account will not be charged for the Outlook add-on however, it is necessary to enter the credit card information to verify the action is that of the account holder. If a credit card has previously been entered only the CW/CVC2 number will be required, otherwise all credit card information will be required. Once the entry is complete, accept the Terms of Service by checking the associated box, and then click Complete Order.

8. After processing the information the billing control panel will display the confirmation number and email a link to download the Outlook clients to the address of the primary account holder. The primary account holder email, if unknown, is displayed at the account home and in the my details section (reference this support article if necessary). In the event the email is misplaced please email the support desk (support@itsolutionsnow.com)with the confirmation number.
